Item Bound was created by sixfootblue in 2016. It requires OptiFine in order to use every function and work properly.

This resource pack is different than others, because it doesn’t change blocks, texture or NPC’s. The main goal of this pack is to give you a high variation of different item styles.

If you like the default Minecraft texture, but you always wanted other item skins, then this resource pack is the right choice for you!

HOW TO INSTALL ITEMBOUND

  1. Download the resource pack for your preferred Minecraft version
  2. Install Optifine
  3. Locate the resourcepacks folder in your Minecraft root directory
  4. Drag and Drop the downloaded ZIP file in this folder
  5. Launch Minecraft and change the textures ingame
  6. Enjoy!

There are many item customization available in this resource pack. Because it isn't a mod, the features are also available in Multiplayer, which is great.

DESCRIPTION

Item Bound is a special resource pack for Minecraft, which changes the default item skins. Besides that, it also contains custom loot and mob drops. This requires the optional custom loot tables.

The new items include creeper hides, a plant based alternative to leather, undead bacon drops from zombie pigmen and rare cursed diamonds that drop from burning witch mobs.

MOD RECOMMENDATIONS

Install Optifine before you are going to use ItemBound. Also check out the Custom Loot Tables, which grant you additional loot ingame. This mod is however only useable in Singleplayer.
