Tinkers Construct was created by mDiyo and is updated by bonusboni regularly. To use this complex and amazing mod, you need to install Forge and Mantle first.

By adding new features to Minecraft, including materials, tools, items and mobs, the mod creates a whole new crafting and resource gathering experience. So if you ever felt bored with the default Minecraft crafting methods, then this mod is definetely something you want to try out.

The above images show the tools and constructions you need to craft all the new items.

To get started you need a stencil table, pattern chest, part builder and a tool station. Put the pattern chest close to the part builder and use the stencil table to craft patterns. With the patterns, you can craft tool parts by using the part builder.

The tool station is responsible for building, modifing and repairing tools. After you have created them, craft a smeltery. Process metals, gravel, sand and clay with it.

HOW TO INSTALL TINKERS CONSTRUCT


  1. Update Minecraft to your preferred version.
  2. Download and install Forge
  3. Get Mantle and Tinkers Construct and put it into the mods folder in your Minecraft root directory
  4. Launch Minecraft and let Forge install the mods
  5. Enjoy!

DESCRIPTION

Tinkers Construct is a very popular mod and also used in some modpacks. The new game additions fit perfectly into Minecraft and they are not even overwhelming the gameplay experience.

Some key features include, but not limited to new crafting recipes, item customization, variety of new tools, resources and items. I definetely recommend this mod, nearly everything is useful for survival players.

COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER MODS

As far as I know there are no incompatibility issues with other mods. Just make sure you have installed Forge and Mantle properly.

MOD RECOMMENDATIONS

Besides the required Forge and Mantle, we recommend you to install Mechworks from the same developer. It adds new complex buildings and constructions to the game, for example drawbridges or signaling buses and terminals.

KNOWN ISSUES AND BUGS

There are no known bugs so far for Tinkers Construct. If you come across any bug, or want to give feedback, please post at the original post on the Minecraftforum.
